1/533Sonakshi Sinha roped in to play the female lead in Gulshan Kumar biopic ‘Mogul’?
In the wake of #MeToo movement in India, many Bollywood personalities have been accused of sexual harassment. Those who have been accused of sexual misconduct had to step down from the ongoing projects while on the other hand, many actors refused to work with them.
And Bhushan Kumar backed ‘Mogul’ is one of such project where the co-producer of the film and the lead actor, Aamir Khan, backed out from the project after allegations against the director, Subhash Kapoor surfaced.
Now, the latest update about the film is that Sonakshi Sinha has been roped in for the film to play the female lead. According to the report, the makers wanted a heroine who could exude the retro vibe as the film is set in the 70s and 80s. The report further stated that the role is small but meaningful and the actress is supposed to shoot for a few days. Miss Sinha loved the script and gave a go-ahead to the producer. However, modalities still need to be done.
The actress is yet to sign the film. She will be playing one of his girlfriends in the Gulshan Kumar biopic.

A few days back, the actress went on and shared a picture along with the cast which saw them all smiles for the camera. Also, video of the actress cracking a coconut before the start of the shoot made its way to the online platforms.
Recently, the makers went on and wrapped up the shoot of the film and Zaria Wasim, who plays a pivotal role in the film took it to her Instagram and shared a photo alongside the actress. It sees the two all smiles for the camera.
The film ‘The Sky Is Pink’ is directed by Shonali Bose and produced by Priyanka Chopra, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Ronnie Screwvala.

Radhika Apte and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are one of the most promising stars of Bollywood. These two talented actors wowed the audiences over with their amazing acts in films like ‘Badlapur’ and ‘Manjhi – The Mountain Man’. Now, the duo will reportedly pair up once again for a new project.
As per reports, the actor has signed casting director turned filmmaker, Honey Trehan’s next project titled ‘Raat Akeli Hai’. After signing Siddiqui, the makers have also reportedly found their heroine in Radhika Apte. A source allegedly revealed that the film talks about a love story in the heartland of India. Trehan thought Radhika was perfect for the part and they have known each other for many years, apart from the fact that Nawaz and Radhika get along well.
The report also claims that Radhika loved the script and instantly gave her nod to the project. The team is set to start shooting in January.
Meanwhile, Radhika will be seen next in ‘Baazaar’ alongside Saif Ali Khan while Nawazuddin will be seen in biopic drama ‘Thackeray’.

Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari has announced her upcoming film titled, ‘Panga’ which features Kangana Ranaut, Neena Gupta, Richa Chadha, Pankaj Tripathi and others. The ‘Panga’ gang celebrated the director’s birthday today on the look test set.
A picture from the celebration has been doing the rounds on the internet. In the picture, one can see the birthday girl with her gang. While Ashwiny’s face is all smeared with cake, Kangana plants a kiss on her cheek.
‘Panga’ is reportedly the story of a new-age family that challenges stereotypes and dares to dream. It promises to reaffirm the belief that nothing is impossible for a family which laughs, cries and dreams together.
Kangana Ranaut will reportedly be seen playing a Kabbadi player in the film.

Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s ‘Namaste England’ starring Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra is now slated to release a day prior to its actual release.
Keeping in mind the celebrations of Dussehra and the extended weekend, the makers of ‘Namaste England’ have decided to advance the release to 18th of October, 2018.
Sharing the news, Arjun Kapoor shared a post saying, ‘Aapne jaldi bulaya aur hum chale aaye! Namaste England is now releasing on 18th October!’.
‘Namaste England’ brings back the much-loved pair of Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra after their debut film ‘Ishaqzaade’.
Produced and directed by Vipul Amrutlal Shah, the film is presented by Jayantilal Gada (pen) and Reliance Entertainment in association with Blockbuster Movie Entertainers.
